Finish the package, then go down to your butcher and ask for
uncurred bacon. There's not a reason to panic, yet.
"Deli Bulk Bacon" sometimes LOOKS uncurred because of it's palor,
but it's not the same.
Uncurred bacon tastes like pork chops. It's not smoked at all, so
it doesn't taste like bacon. It's also, in my experience, chewy rather
than crisp. It takes a week to get used to.
