As I understand it:

I go for the "onion" cholesterol benefit by using garlic, "any which way
but cooked", without having the more "sweet" aspect of onions that may
cause my liver to respond with triglycerides & VLDL for transport thus
elevating blood lipids.

> soft boiled eggs

Minimizes oxidation plus preserves the benefit of choline which is
compromised by cooking the yokes.
