I have noticed a difference in form when doing squats using a squat rack
and doing free squats. When using a squat rack, my spine is almost
perpendicular to the ground. When doing free squats, I lean forward. Is
one form better than the other in any way such as the pressure on knees or
some other joint?

Thanks,
Marylee
