Thank you Betty!  I needed this laugh tonight.  My brother heard "the noise" so I know I am not hallucinating!  LOL  I am going to call the dealer which is 6 miles away- or I can drop in after my appt in the afternoon I suppose and see what they have to say.  BUT...... I still will be writing that letter!
