Hi Beth,

 Hylands Low Back Pain formula will help with the nasty gut :) And drink loads
of water! :)

  I get cycles of IBS when I'm in a fibro flare, though infrequent. Actually
acidophilis tabs will also help - or eat yogurt with live culture :)

  If you're dealing with fibromyalgia, you might try a course of tetracycline -
a one shop stop with a short-term antibiotic therapy that works wonders and
addresses many of the cycling symptoms of fibro. The beauty is that it's not
anything that you require on an ongoing basis. I generally take 2 courses a
year.
