I have NO idea why they built the place. It;s twice as big as their home up
here, and it's just the two of them. I suppose they wanted to put their
retirement dollars in something they knew would appreciate--I guess. Beats
me. As far as cleaning, well, if you don't use it, you don't need to clean
it much, I suppose.

4000 sq ft. how does anyone need that much space, i had hafe of that
with
two kids and praised the Lord for giving me a big house. with one kid we
dropped a bedroom and are maybe at 1/3 of the size of your parents
house.
you could put a small subdivision in that. i look forward to dropping
another bedroom. why have that much more than you need to have to clean,
maintain and not to mention heating and cooling.

My folks used to live in Bradenton, now they live in Punta Gorda (about
100
miles south--just north of Ft. Myers). If'n you want, we could bump 'em
off
and both families move into their place (just kidding....jeeesh!!!). It
is
big enough, though. At 4000 sq. ft. we wouldn't have to worry about
running
into each other.

So.....are ya in, Ken? (Still kidding, Mom (in the remote case you're
on
this list))

-K.
