Hi jen, Everybody,

Well, I do not want to fire her as she is the most dependable, upbeat
assistant I've ever had. It's just in this one area that is the problem. I
sent email to my facilitator that I want to talk to her privately.

No, Gary, she was not forced on me, I interviewed her after she passed two
other interviews at the service provider. I think I have at least given her
something to think about since she said she was not ready to discuss the
issue with me yet. I have asked assistant B., what she thought, and she said
that as I'm able to convey my intent to others, that it shouldn't matter what
assistant A., does. I'm well aware of my rights, Gary, thanks, and I intend
to pursue the avenues of command if this issue is not resolved.
