Hi,

I am doing EEG biofeedback to help with my CP issues and etc. It has helped
me to be loose for several days at a time. I mean loose enough to feel
different muscles and to finally understand how I use my body to walk and
stuff like that and to work on changing the way I do it. As I tightened up
again, I could see that our muscles tend to work all together in a bunched up
way. We don't feel individual muscles like we should.

I work with EEG Spectrum here in California.

Dina
