I agree, Bobby, in that is extremely well-written, but directed at the most
severely affected patients.  Would that more shrift be given to the mildly
affected individual.

    Thanks this is an excellent article, although it appears the authors
worked with a population somewhat more severe then most of the members of
C-Palsy. I found some interesting info and since I am changing primary
physicians, I may give my new guy a copy of this.
