all these birthdays reminds me of a joke (what doesn't)

there was twin boys. one was a eternal optomist (sp) the other was equally
the opposite, a real pessimist. (sp)
it came their birthday. their mom put blind folds on them and led them to
the back yard and told them to take off the blind fold.
what did they see. a big pile of manure!!!

the negative thinking twin started  moaning and groaning about being bad and
so he got only manure as a gift.

the positive thinker was rejoicing, "oh boy, a pile of manure, i am so
happy"

the pessimist said to his brother "what, you dink, are you crazy? you are
happy to get a pile of manure?"

his brother replied " if there is a pile of manure here, there must be a
pony nearby."
