So, finally back from the Thanksgiving holiday, and while I did manage to
rpocure a free turkey dinner on the fateful day, I also had venison and
bison at a French restaurant in Toronto the following day. Venison is old
hat to me, but the bison was a new taste treat. Similar to the description
for the muskrat dinner, but it definitely more succulent. Very good with a
nice cabernet.
