Hi KC,  you do computer programming, webpages, etc.  When you are a
consultant for a white firm, people who see your work automatically assume
that a white person developed did the design and development.

Similarly, there are many excellent Writers-of-Color.  The problem is that
whites don't sponsor writers who show People-of-Color in a positive,
accurate manner.

So our job to get our excellent writers known to our
people.  Educated  People-of-Color are usually just as ignorant about our
writers as the uneducated.
