Hi Everyone:

I really feel uneasy about the posts which state that Cook's Ham is gluten
free. I had a horrible experience with it Christmas 1999. My mother in law,
who is extremely cautious about selecting food that I can have purchased a
Cook's Ham based on the fact that the company claimed it to be gluten free.
Everything else that I ate was garden prepared and as bland as you can
possibly get. I was very gluten sick after eating Cook's Ham. Maybe it was a
flu, but I doubt it. What do their natural flavors consist of? Regardless to
what the issue was surrounding my illness, I will not eat a Cook's Ham again.
