I was looking for over the counter allergy nasal sprays and these are
the ideas I received (thanks guys!)

    1) seasonal allergies may not reappear after going gf (yeah!)

    2) MSM powder from a health food store

    3) Nazonex (prescription)

    4) avoid coffee, chocolate, and sugar (these aggravate allergies)

    5) saline nasal spray (medicated ones become addictive and have
alcohol which can damage sinus/nasal tissues) also gargle with 8 oz room
temp water and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Start every 15 minutes for first
few hours then move to every 2 hours

    6) many people recommended allegra and tylenol allergy & sinus,
these don't work for my nasal symptoms but may work for you

    7) avoid dairy (connection was not explained by the writer seemed
confident it would work)

    8) wild oregano oil

    9) one person explained that since you don't ingest nose spray it
won't cause a reaction. My concern is that when I use the spray I feel
it drip down my throat and therefore I must be ingesting a small amount

    10) check with the manufacturer

    11) one person takes nasalcrom without a reaction

Thanks for the help everyone, hopefully this year I won't live with a
box of kleenex next to me again!
