Hi List-

There is a fermented soy product called "natto". Does anyone know if =
there are GF brands of this available? In live in Bellevue, WA. Thanks =
for any suggestions.

Also, I would like to say that I have benefited greatly from the =
postings on this list. I have far fewer gluten slips than I used to =
have. Partly I think because I have better information now, but also =
partly because I have more motivation to buckle down and do this right. =
Before, although I never knowingly ate gluten containing foods, I was =
not nearly so strict to go the extra mile in avoiding "possibly =
suspicious" items or situations. A poster yesterday differentiated those =
who fit their disease to their lifestyle, and those who fit there =
lifestyle to their disease. I have definitely joined the latter camp. I =
feel there are still many enjoyable choices, and for me it is a lot =
easier to enjoy whatever I am doing if I am feeling well. So thanks, and =
I hope we can all continue to help one another, whatever choices we =
individually apply in our lives.

Mike
