I had many people writing to me to state that corn flour is NOT cornstarch.
To clear up this confusion, I must tell you that this recipe came from
Australia, and their terminology is just a bit different from ours.   To
them, it is corn flour....but for us it is cornstarch..... and this came
directly from the person who originally posted the recipe I was using.

Hope this clears up the matter.
