SCOTT RESPONDS:
As I stated in my post, this case was a labeling issue and did not deal
with the safety of Codex wheat starch. Nothing in your response changes
this. The decision by the New Zealand court on this issue does not speak
to the safety of Codex wheat starch for celiacs, so I'm not sure why you
and Don have seized upon this case to support your claims that it is not
safe.
