Dear Listmates,
Check it out! A really great sounding cake recipe using only sweet
white rice flour in this month's Cooking Light. It reads like a fruit
cake but sounds so much better and looks heavenly! I am trying it
tomorrow despite my gluten eating husband's initial reaction to "sounds
like fruit cake" with "YUCK!" Well, I will eat it all myself!
