Hi all again,
I copied the recipes exactly as they were printed from the email 2
years ago. I failed to mention that I always add a teaspoon of Xanthan
Gum to the Pumpkin roll recipe with the GF flour. By the way, I'm
making a couple of these this week and freezing them for next week when
everything is chaotic. :o) Also, when I say Bette Hagman's GF flour
mixture I'm referring to the basic one that is in her books, not the
bean mixture (although you can try what you'd like). I mix 12 cups
white rice flour, 4 cups potato starch flour, and 2 cups tapioca flour
in my big bowl and store it in a big sealed canister on my counter with
my sugar and all that. :o) This is what I use to bake with, thicken
gravy with, coat for frying and whatever comes my way. I do always add
Xanthan or Guar Gum to all my recipes to help it all hold together
better. (can be found at any health food store) :o) Hope this helps!
:o) Enjoy!
