I had one response about the nutribiotic vanilla rice protein stating that
it was used without problems.  It wasn't specified if the company was
called and how long ago it was used.  If I get around to doing it myself I
will post my findings.

For GMO wheat search under 'GMO' in the archives as there was recently a
post summarizing a conference  at Caltech on the subject.  It was also
recommended that I call my local university to see if there is a wheat
breeder I can speak to.  One person had little success at Boise State but
there is one there.  SOrry so little info--but the recent Caltech posting
is interesting.
