Bob's Red Mill Unveils Five New Gluten Free Products

Oregon-based grain miller, Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods, Inc. has launched a
nationwide effort introducing five new wheat free, gluten free products.
This all-natural line-up is Bob Red Mill's response to the great local and
national need for wheat free, dairy free and gluten free choices.

These products are available throughout the U.S. and Canada at health food
and grocery stores as well as through mail order (800-349-2173) or on the
company's web site:
   www.bobsredmill.com.

page.

The line consists of five gluten free products including:

*  All-Purpose GF Baking Flour - this flour blend can be made into delicious
baked goods and breakfast items such as cakes, cookies, breads, muffins,
pancakes and waffles.

*  GF Sorghum Flour - a powerhouse of nutrition with plenty of protein and
fiber.  Sorghum adds superb wheat-like flavor to cakes, cookies and other
gluten free baking.  Try the scone recipe on the package.

*  Mighty Tasty GF Hot Cereal - contains the perfect blend of brown rice,
corn, sorghum and buckwheat.  This whole grain cereal has exceptionally good
flavor.  A perfect way to start your morning off right and keep your energy
level high.

*  Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix - for bread machines or by hand.  This moist,
flavorful basic loaf of bread is ideal for sandwiches, toast, bread crumbs
and croutons.  The French Bread variation makes a beautiful loaf.

*  GF Garbanzo & Fava Flour - Perfect for all kinds of baking including
breads, pizza, cakes, cookies and more.  Use it in  place of rice flour in

These products are soon to be part of a full, 40 product gluten free line,
