with you:
(1) Jones Dairy Farm

I buy their "microwaveable fully cooked and browned sausage". I spoke with
Shirley at Jones who told me all their products are GF except their
scrapple.
(2) Bristol Farms is a Los Angeles-area gourmet grocery that makes their
own sausages and will even grind to your order. Karen Davis told me about
them. I have tried their basil turkey sausage -- tasty. Although this
source is local, I mention it since others of you may have similar butcher
shops nearby.
