Hi all, hope everyone is having a healthy and good New Year so far.
Recently I ran across a recipe using "Cream of Rice" cereal as a type of
substitute batter for Apple/Cherry Cobbler etc. I can't seem to locate where
I got it from.

I subscribe to recipe listserv's as well as this Celiac one. It is a gluten
free recipe and I just thought I'd throw it out here first. I have searched
all over the Net trying to find it.
