Any ideas for GF Travel in Northern Italy?

I am traveling to northern Italy including the towns of Milan, Florence and
Bologna.  Does anyone know of places there that I can purchase GF crackers,
cookies, etc.?  Any other tips for GF eating there would be appreciated.
