A couple of months ago I posted the direction that blind computer user Jim
Snowbarger used to access paypal.  Yes, it isn't fully accessible, but he
walks you through the process.  visit our archives and search on the word
paypal.  the url for the archives is at the end of every e-mail message on
the list.
