As these numbers are calculated for the same amount of carbo energy
we must also consider the energy density of the foods, which is much
higher in potatoes than in swedes. Another factor is also how much is
possible to eat before you get the feeling of not wanting any more.
The stronger taste of the swede makes it impossible to eat as much
of as the neutral potato. And this in turn results in that you perhaps eat
more/less of something else instead, a factor very hard to find out about.
