 Hi David,

A sluggish and congested liver will contribute to acne, as does PH balance.
Drinking more water and sqeezing 1/4 to 1/2 a lemon in each glass will help
with your PH.

Liver cleansing and supporting foods that contain antioxidants - greens
(the darker the better), broccoli and foods that are rich in Vit C, E, and
betacarotene - are healing and tonifying to the liver. Carrots promote the
elimination of waste from the liver. Chicken and fish instead of beef,
pork, and nuts also help. Naturally, chemicals in foods and water contribute
to a sluggish liver. Try cleaning up your food supply as much as possible.

Herbs that help are dandelion, burdock root, milk thistle, garlic, and
goldenseal.
