Now that we're on the subject, I've been monitoring my
temperature at various intervals throughout the day. The highest
I got yesterday was 98.2. This morning's temp. was the highest
of the week, at 96.8.

Oddly, though, I don't *feel* cold, and don't mind the cold. At
home, I'm the one who prefers the house cooler.

Yes, I did it. I have *many* of the symptoms.

I've been doing some digging on this, and have found some
material suggesting that long-term ketosis downregulates thyroid.
But I haven't found anything definitive yet. A few years ago
there was some discussion of this on the lowcarb list. In Life
Without Bread, Allan and Lutz state that carb reduction
downregulates a hyperactive thyroid, but they do not say that it
downregulates a normal or underactive thyroid. But they don't
have much to say on the subject at all.
