Ran the 10k (that's 6.2 miles for the Americans) today. I was very low
carb today and pretty low the days before. Just a cup of juice and a
few carrot sticksthe last few days. It went pretty well, a minute
faster than in December. 41 minutes.
There were no energy swings diring the race, felt good from the
beginning, ran easily. Did get pretty tired by the end and had no
kick. I don't think the low cabing hurt me, but it probably did not
help either.
