1. I would drop the supplements except for E, C and B

2, I would add some paleo tubers e.g. turnips, sweet potatoes, yams,
radishes, to raise your carb intake. This might stop hair loss and make your
diet less ketogenic which could be a good thing. Ketogenic diets increase
cortisol production and stress out the body and often cause hair loss.

3. Also I would cut back on fish oil and flaxseed oil. You want to have a
decent w3/w6 ratio but you don't want to overdo it. w3 suppresses the immune
system and has other effects in excess that are not positive. It can make
you much more susceptible to colds and flu. Add monosaturated and saturated
fat instead of trying to get all your fat from PUFAs.
