Hi Mark,

> It is easy for me to say no to bread as I have just made up my mind that it
doesn't exist in my diet world. I really don't even notice it and after not
eating it for 3 years don't miss it at all nor do I miss my Crohn's
symptoms.

I love bread. I love garlic nan so much that I don't dare go to Indian
restaurants anymore. I was able to ask the waiter at the tex/mex place to
remove the chips and bean salsa, but I know I'd scarf the nan without a
second thought.

Congrats on the Crohn's remission! How long have you been without symptoms?
My UC has been in symptomatic remission for several months now, but I had a
colonoscopy last Friday and there is still some inflammation in the ascending
colon.
