content with DHA and AA, and our slow conversion of alpha-
linolenic acid nowadays. Perhaps the same story as with vitamin
c, early days we get an abundance of it with nutrition and lost
the endogenous pathway. So with the long chain fatty acids.
Only the minimum can be build by the body, interfered by our
new high intake of omega-6 fatty acids or tFA. This could
explain the shrinking brains since eating more carbs and less
of these fatty acids.
But I donīt worry, anyway, we are using only a small part of our
brain, so a little bit less or more we wonīt notice.

The health effects of the 0mega 3 fatty acids is a more complex
field to discuss.>>
