I think Phillip's right. Because of my schedule I had
to change to morning workouts a few month's ago and
breakfast *after* the workout. It was diffucult at
first, but now it just seems normal. Plus, on those
low energy days when I have to literally "drag my
butt" into the gym first thing in the morning, it
seems to help restore energy for the rest of the day.
