All I can tell you is that the other avocado they mention, the "Florida"
avocado (which is larger and smoother skinned), they show as having no
omega-6 or -3!

Unfortunately for me, I don't know how to interpret the lipids portion of
the stuff in the USDA db to be able to compare...
