<Also, camelia sinensis teas (black, green, etc.) should never be iced...>

I recently bought a box of a traditional Chinese formula called Ho Yan Hor.
I used to use it for upset stomachs and when I felt a virus sneaking up on
me, but this was long before I got interested in herbal remedies. Anyway,
it is largely Chinese camellia, and I don't have any references as to what
exactly this herb does. There is also a bit of licorice, and small amounts
of 19 other herbs! Does anyone know about Camellia Sinensis?

Thanks,

ginny and Tomo
