The Nitrates and Nitrites in Bacon are most probably doing
serious damage to persons who suffer from constipation or
five days to elimination. For those who eat sufficient
fruits and vegetables (fiber) and go less than one day or
only two days to elimination this appears to be a minor
problem, for the five day people it is something they
should study, like what is a slice of white bread really
worth?
