Ah, true, but many plant proteins present problems.  Of course, that
statement largely refers to grain proteins, few if any of which were eaten
before the Agricultural Revolution.  Many people today rely on the proteins
found in soy, corn, etc. with no knowledge of their potential problems.  And
if you try to mention them, they try to rip you a new corn chute, pun fully
intended. ;)
