When I was in my 20's and 30's I would eat lots of everything you
were supposed to - rice, potatoes, yada yada yada. I got big
muscles but was just a bit chunky and flat.
I never got ripped until I stopped that
just 2 years ago. I don't think I would ever do that yo yo thing
since I like staying this way all the time.
