Leave it on the stove and bring to a boil once every 24 hours. Or
refrigerate, and boil up once every 5 days or so. Or freeze... In any case,
it gets sweeter and better with age. If you keep it going on the stove,
like a sort of culture, you can throw leftovers and trimmings in it as they
become available.
