'Fast Food Nation': Hold the Pickles, Hold the Lettuce</A>

spend on higher education, personal computers, computer software or new
cars, or on movies, books, magazines, newspapers, videos and recorded music

That show us the power of our food choices. If we want to get back some
power ( freely given away to big corporations) it is time to boycott the
agrobusiness and favorise your small local farmers. Overwise don't worry
they are in charge of what goes in your plate.
I have in front of me a poster showing the relationship between government
budgets and corporate revenues . It just show the top 70 entities 41 of one
are corporations. On the top 100, 66 are corporations.The top 6 companies
together ( you can be sure they work together) hav more than any nation
except the us , they have also more than the combined budgets of 64 nations
with over half the world's population ( 58 %)
Exxon mobil with 182 bilion dollars, general motor ( 178) ford (154) are
bigger than the budget of sweeden ( 146) ,  spain (139) , netherland
( 119 ) or canada (115 ).even walmart is before canada with 119 billions .
i don't know where Mac donald  stand ,i don't see it  among those 41 first
corporations,unless it is part of a bigger one.
They managed to have a store in Bombay ( india  is 52 billions)
We knew somehow that governments are puppets in a big play but with this
diagram it is striking why.
so before getting mad at the FDA watch where the content of your wallet
goes. The Fda being only the parrot of the real talk.
