Lorenzo,
Look in the "ethnic" (Thai/Asian/Hispanic) foods section of your supermarket
for Thai Kitchen brand coconut milk, with red on the label (not green, the
green is low fat). It's very easy to find in most areas. You could always
ask them to order a case for you, no grocer would say no to that, I should
think.
Whole Foods sells their brand coconut flakes with no additives. I have had
no success in finding this elsewhere. You could look at
http://www.wholefoods.com or http://www.gaiam.com to see if it's available
for online purchase.
