Looking for instruction. I bought a can of snails, without shells.
Turns out
I needed snails WITH shells for the recipe I wanted to try. So what is
the
best way to prepare snails without shells? I've already opened the
can, so
the snails are in a tupperware container in the fridge waiting for me
to
decide what to do with them. I have never eaten snails before.
