right here.  i don't have any extreme allergies to dairy; however, i do
have an extremely bad case of post nasal drip, which is causing a nasty
cough, and i'm lactose intolerant, to the extent that i could never drink
a glass of milk or anything with milk in it, but hard cheese doesn't
really bother me as much.

i avoid dairy because i have serious congestion problems, and i'm not
congested when i avoid it.  i also have problems with the level of
antibiotics they pump into cows.  i've been weaning myself off cheese for
a long time, but i always tend to fall off the wagon once every few
months.
