For those that have been asking for the URLs for some of the online survey
sites,

Here are the ones that I can remember the URLs of:

http://www.acop.com

http://www.pineconeresearch.com

http://www.greenfieldonline.com

http://www.npdor.com or http://www.npd2.com

http://www.onesight.com

http://www.onlinesurveys.com

http://www.questions.com

http://206.31.10.22/nfo (National Family Opinion Interactive)

http://harrispollonline.com

These are all of the online survey/poll sites that I am currently a
member of as a survey taker. Sorry that I cannot remember which one sent me
the KFC survey but, if I remember right when I first registered with each
one I was given an opportunity to let them know what kind of surveys/polls I
was willing to take part in. They all have incentives for being a
survey-taking member, some are outright cash for each survey taken, others
are drawings that you are entered in for each survey taken. I hope that
this helps. I would have gotten back to you earlier on this, but, had to
relook them up and have been having quite a bit of brain fogging for the
last 2-3 days as well as a lot of numbness in arms, legs and lips and
funny-feeling headaches almost as if the Benadryl is no longer combating the
gelatin coating on my Feldene for my osteoarthritis and TMJ. Seems like I
need to contact the nurse from my last doctor's practice and/or get in with
a new doc ASAP, will be calling around A LOT on Monday morning. I cannot
afford to come of the Feldene without being set up with a new
antiinflammatory/painkiller or else I end up unable to eat within 2-3 days
since opening my jaw for even liquids gets too painful (found this out the
hard way the last time I needed a refill of the Feldene and could not get it
for 3 days.)
