It's been on Nick and the Cartoon Channel for quite a while - multiple
years, anyway. I've caught it a few times and laugh at it - and I'm 40.
But then, I like brainless humour once in a while. Gets me out of the
techie mode, and lets me relate with "da boys" (12 and 16).
And Larry's son's assessment is a good one - SB is always trying to help his
friends the best way he knows how.

It's supposedly the latest cartoon craze, edging out South Park. My 20 year
old son loves SpongeBob. I watched it. I don't get it. I think you have to
be
7-20 years. I first heard mention of it on CNBC's Squawk Box, though, which
means its no longer edgey. It may pass quickly.
