No, this really is true about swimmers and body fat. Famous swimmer
Diana Nyad spoke about it in her book, "Basic Training for Women." And
Oprah Winfrey's trainer Bob Greene has also menitoned this. Swimming
isn't good for losing body fat but it is still easy on the joints!
