Hi, Rachael.  Thanks for the "welcome back."  The grape seed oil is in a
large tin; after reading the very unfavorable W6 to W3 ratio in Cordain's
book. I'm probably not even going to open the tin!

Yes, I do eat flax oil (kept in the freezer) and grind flax seeds (kept in
freezer) in my coffee grinder.  Use a little walnut oil in baking and olive
oil on salads.  BTW, I ordered some almond flour and just love it.  Not easy
for us skinny types to stay strictly paleo.
