Hi Dori,

This from a medical non-expert: my Dad had leg cramps (specifically in the
thighs). On the recommendation of a talented kinaesiologist (sp?), two
calcium citrate tabs and a strong dose of B vitamins (full spectrum) put them
right away. I have had thigh cramps only once or twice; the above worked for
me as well.

I cannot imagine that giving this a try would violate the "do no harm"
healing ethic.
