My formula included  Corn syrup and other year  1927
goodies.

I understand the I was sick a lot-  especially in winter.

Then we got two Cows and my health increased.

From age 11 to age 18 I  was probably very weak  except when
on a bicycle.

From one earthquake I finally learned more about eating raw
meat.  It seems to help.
