If you keep the sweetcorn a few days and then eat it you may
find it bland as the sugars have changed to starches.

Sugar, Alcohol, Starch and Ascorbic Acid (called Vitamin C)
have a chemical formula   similar to"   CHO"     OR   Cx Hx
Ox;  where the little number "x"  changes but not the CHO
element  description  between the  four nutrients: Sugar,
Alcohol, Starch and Ascorbic Acid .
